Privacy Policy
MaxRoute does not require a MaxRoute account, does not contain advertising, and does not sell personal information.
Information used by the app
MaxRoute can use precise location when you choose Use current location. It also processes the addresses, coordinates, customer names, notes, phone numbers, route preferences, completion records, photos, and signatures that you enter or import. These items support route planning and driver workflow.
Local storage
Your routes, favorites, history, and delivery-proof records are stored locally on your device. MaxRoute does not operate a user-account database or automatically upload these records to a MaxRoute server. If you export a backup or report, you control where that exported file is stored or shared.
Map and routing requests
To search for an address, draw a road route, or optimize stops, MaxRoute sends the relevant search text, coordinates, route settings, IP address, and ordinary technical request information to the configured map, geocoding, routing, or optimization provider. Those providers process the request under their own privacy terms. MaxRoute uses this information to provide app functionality, not for advertising.
Purchases
Google Play or Apple processes MaxRoute Pro subscriptions. MaxRoute receives product and entitlement status needed to unlock paid features. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Camera and photos
Camera and photo-library access occurs only when you choose to attach a delivery-proof photo. The photo remains in MaxRoute’s local app data unless you export or share it.
Retention and deletion
You can delete individual routes, favorites, and records inside MaxRoute. Uninstalling the app generally removes its locally stored data, subject to your device backups. Exported files must be deleted wherever you chose to save them.
Children
MaxRoute is a professional route-planning tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Security
Network requests use encrypted HTTPS connections when supported by the configured service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so avoid entering information that is unnecessary for completing a route.
